Placements at RDIAS: What Students Can Expect
One of the first questions students ask before choosing any management college is: "What about placements?" At RDIAS, the Training and Placement Cell plays an active role in preparing students well before final recruitment season. This includes aptitude tests, group discussions, mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and personality development sessions.
Recent placement data shows the average MBA package hovering around ₹5.5–7.4 LPA, with the highest packages going up to ₹14–18 LPA in recent placement drives. Recruiters visiting the campus have reportedly included well-known names like Amazon, Deloitte, and Wipro, alongside various finance, marketing, and consulting firms.
For BBA and B.Com students, the placement cell also arranges internships and industry visits, helping students build practical exposure alongside their degree.
While placement outcomes vary by batch, cohort size, and individual performance, RDIAS's focused approach to management education — rather than spreading across many unrelated streams — is often cited by students as a reason recruiters find its graduates job-ready for business roles.
